Tip 1 — Confirm your address early
      Double-check your delivery address and contact number when placing your order. If you need to make changes, do so before dispatch. Once the parcel is handed over to the delivery partner, address updates may not be possible.
Tip 2 — Allow time for processing
      Your order will be processed after payment is confirmed. Standard inspection and packaging are part of the process. We try to move efficiently, but order volume and seasonal factors can affect timing.
Tip 3 — Track your parcel
      After dispatch, tracking information will be provided. Check it from time to time to stay updated on progress. Information updates may lag during transit, so please allow some time between checks.
Tip 4 — Be ready to receive
      Keep your phone or message notifications active during the expected delivery period. Delivery staff will try to contact you before arrival. When the parcel arrives, inspect the outer package before signing if possible.
Tip 5 — Timeframes are approximate
